I've stayed a few times before having an early airport flight, only a few minutes in a taxi which the hotel book. Food very good & lots of it !! Rooms are very clean. Highly recommend !!

About 15 minutes to the doors of NEC. Dpending on the Hall your in, add another 10-15 to your journey. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Room was perfect for the quick stay. Bed was comfortable. Pillows a little flat, but two were given. Would stay again if going to the NEC.

Very convenient location for Birmingham and although there were many big events on in the area, there was lots of parking available and the walk to the station and NEC very short. Despite how busy it was, the service was very good & the staff friendly. The spa was an extra treat. Will definitely use again.

The rooms were very comfortable and clean. Absolutely gorgeous property. The reception staff were all very friendly and helpful. Excellent place to stay, very close to the BP Arena and NEC, with easy access to Birmingham international train station, very reasonable prices and excellent food.

All staff was friendly and helpful. The third was absolutely amazing! We did not use their facilities at the hotel looked nice. Good parking, easy walk to Birmingham NEC. We arrived on one of the hottest weekends of the year. The rooms had a coollingsystem instead of air-conditioning so the room was quite hot to sleep in but that was the only drawback.
