"Great stay whilst visiting a show at the NEC, room was spacious and bed so comfy. Staff could not have been more friendly (but still professional) and so helpful. The breakfast basket room service is a lovely idea and we enjoyed. Just a 5 min walk to the station, will definitely stay here again for future show visits"

"Lovely, warm,clean and comfortable room with really nice toiletries and coffees etc. The staff were all very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was excellent, one of the best I've had. The lady in the restaurant was very kind. The hotel is in a great spot and everything is on the doorstep.
