Holiday Inn Express Birmingham - City Centre by IHG
10/10 Excellent
"Clean room with great view , bar and breakfast area really nice , the bullring and utilita area in walking distance , will be back again in November "
"Really nice clean modern hotel. We booked it as we were attending a show at the Symphony Hall and the hotel was ideal being just a 5 minute walk away. The Bullring shopping centre is around 10-15 minute walk.
Parking is easy and is around £17 a day, payable via a QR code on exit.
Our Double air conditioned room was spacious with a giant comfy bed. It was clean and modern. Only minor negative point was the small bath and shower which didn't leave much room for manoeuvring.
Check in took about 30 seconds. Breakfast was plentiful with lots of choice. Only in the hotel for a night but would recommend and return in a heartbeat."
"Great stay—nice property in a perfect location. The staff was friendly and attentive, and I slept really well. Everything I needed was within walking distance. Housekeeping was solid. I would definitely stay here again"
"Location was just right for us, room was very clean with everything we needed. Had a few concerns upon my arrival regarding noise from an adjacent room, reported this to the reception, to which they dealt with straight away. Breakfast area was very presentable with a good selection of everything we needed. Breakfast staff were very helpful and made sure the breakfast area items were always in good supply.
Will stop there again. *****"
