Beautiful and spacious hotel room in the heart of downtown. Nice bathroom, with a well maintained shower. Plenty of hot water. Fridge, microwave, dishwasher, stove on site for your convenience. The hotel is right in the heart of downtown Birmingham, and the whole downtown is walkable from the hotel. 5 stars!!

Very well equipped and clean and bright apartment, lots of sockets. Friendly, helpful check in staff. Easy walk from station and to Utilita Arena. Only reason for not giving 5* overall is how many hard edges there were around the bed / sofa frame. Bashed my shins and stubbed toes several times. Also the toilet was bizarrely several inches too high off ground - feet could only just touch the floor, don't believe this was to make is accessible as it was in a tight corner.

What a brilliant hotel! I stopped for a night with my sister and mom because the hotel was both close to the train station and to the O2 Academy to see Okean Elzy concert. Our room was spacious and clean with everything that you need and more. Receptionists were friendly and helpful with all our questions. Thanks to Linda in the restaurant where we had our breakfast.
