"Stayed here three times and would stay again "

"Good space and amenities. Tea/ coffee/ cleaning products provided. We stayed for 5 nights but were not entitled to room cleaning as our stay was under a week. Only 2 toilet rolls provided. Fan provided but no aircon so it was very warm. Our room on the 1st floor was very overlooked through by the courtyard. People would walk right pasted the window at times and could see right in. We would stay again but would request a different room"

"During our entire stay our room key did not work, turned out to be the door itself. On check in was told this would be sorted the next day, however by check out we could still not get into our room without the help of the receptionist. Other than this the staff were helpful and the room was clean and comfortable"

"While the staff was helpful, the property was not very well maintained and there were little to no amenities. The light in the bathroom was out, there was visible dirt in the rooms, the bathrooms smelled of mildew, and you have to pay five pound to rent a bath towel. Overall, not terrible for the price, but very minor adjustments could greatly improve the quality of the stay."

"I’d never stay again. Unfortunately the rooms were so tight and hot. they would not allow us to even open the windows. I didn’t mind the noise of people from the pub having fun. It was mainly the cleanliness of the hotel, air flow within each room and no amenities what so ever. Would not go back."
