"The location was very convenient for those exploring the city. You can get public transportation from a nearby stop and Line 21 gets you to London Bridge within 10 minutes and is very convenient and from there you can connect to underground metro. The Hotels' family room was very convenient, and it offers 1 double and 3 single bed and is deal for a family with 3 kids. The staff was helpful and the area around the hotel was safe even though it may not look great as the buildings and shops are old...

"Great hotel in central location about 5 min walk to Borough Market. Front desk staff was very helpful with all needs. Room and beds were very comfortable. My only complaint was the hotel restaurant. The pizza was the worst id ever had, and at the end of our meal a mouse ran past our table! In saying that, there were plenty of other dining options around. Would stay here again. "

"This hotel went above and beyond for my daughter’s 3rd birthday. I couldn’t fault the staff at all they were all extremely polite and friendly to me and my daughter. They all greeted you with a smile and were all helpful. I will definitely be returning for my other daughter’s birthday and I will now always stay here when I need to be in London. This hotel is also in a great location and has a real edge with their unique design.Thank you again CitizenM 🙂"
