Staff were very friendly. Always asking if all was okay and if anything was needed. Rooms were very nice with complementary mini bar. Shower was hot and powerful. Beds were comfortable. Hotel Indian restaurant with great bar with sitting area. Bar tenders were trained and made excellent cocktails.

This is my favorite hotel in London! I love the classic feel with a South Asian touch, the rooms are so spacious and comfortable, and I’m obsessed with the shower. The staff are always so courteous, I’ve stayed twice now and will definitely continue to return!

Beautifully designed property, and the choice of Indian or English breakfast was very exciting! Quite convenient to Tower of London, city of London, Shakespeare’s globe, and the S. Bank Center. Highly recommended.

We spent 2 nights at the hotel. Hotel is quiet and relaxing. They were at capacity but you would not have know it. Service at the bar could be slow, as it appeared wait staff from the kitchen also tends the bar. Beds were comfortable and room was clean. Great look caption, close to the bridge.

The location and hotel were beautifully maintained. The location was excellent and walkable to many sights. The staff was extremely helpful. The only issue I had was that we were given a handicap room which we didn't request. The floor in the bathroom was a bit slippery after showering and we had to dry it with a towel. Also, the drinks during happy hour were still quite pricey even though it was busy 1 get 1. I would definitely stay there again and request a non handicap too.

I would have given 5 stars rating, everything was good but card stopped working twice in my 1 day stay and it’s not fun walking back to reception and asking for help, I am sure these things happen but I have to be honest, saying that I will stay again, breakfast and cocktails are amazing

The hotel is pretty and it’s literally like stepping into India. The room was VERY small. My biggest issue is that the fire alarm went off on both nights - once at 4am for a few seconds which is obviously a malfunction.
