"The staff at this hotel was so friendly and helpful. They let us check in early and check out late to meet our flight needs. The hotel is undergoing renovations and will be amazing when they finish. Despite the current construction, the staff made the stay worth it. I also love this location in London. Nearby tube access makes any siteseeing close, but this neighborhood is quiet and chill. "

"Small room with comfortable bed, in the heart of tourist sites. We walked everywhere. Simple check in/out. Clean and well apportioned property."

"The only problem was a VERY creaky floor above our room that was very loud when someone was walking around. Otherwise, I love this hotel."

"Our stay was comfortable. We had a full itinerary so we didn’t spend a lot of time in the room. The rooms are small and windowless but if you only need it to shower and sleep like us, it’s a great deal. It was conveniently located and what we needed for our trip to London. Tons of restaurants and shopping around , you can walk to museums and shows. Also near Chinatown. "
