We stayed for 7 nights at the Hayden and had a brilliant time. The service was great from the moment we arrived, we were greeted with a cold beer upon arrival while they got our room ready (needed during a heatwave). The room was great, good size and good ammenities. The location was close to everything and was well connected to a few train/subway options. Highly recommend. We ate a few times at the pub and the food and service was also great.

Great room and location. Handy to the tube no matter where you want to travel. Staff were very helpful, especially when we kept locking things on our safe!

Would definitely stay here again - great service, room (Triple Executive), with spacious bathroom and extras. The only downside was the sofa bed was a little too short for my tall 16 year old.

We stayed just one night here, but would happily have stayed longer. The hotel is a walkable distance to Paddington station and lots of restaurants. The staff were very friendly and we enjoyed our stay. We will keep this hotel in mind when we are next in London.

Great location for the queensway or Bayswater tube. And close to Kensington gardens and Hyde park. Do yourself a favour and hire a bike with a day pass. 3 pounds 50 for the day gives you unlimited Max of 60 mins at one time. Great to ride through the parks. Staff were excellent and could leave our luggage there before and after . Great stay!!!

Great location, very comfortable, clean room with a good size bathroom. Air conditioning in the room was great. We got good coffee from the onsite cafe and found the luggage room very handy. It was our second visit and would definitely recommend it to anyone.

I stayed this hotel close to a month.
This property deserves much more than it's 3 star rating as the hotel is beautiful, the rating is only because they have no in house/ in room dining options. Housekeeping is offered daily, the sheets and quilts of high quality and laundered beautifully. Perfect room temperature, with bathroom floor tiled heating, high quality towels and bathroom products. I've been here two times now and every time it has been very good. convenient location only a few blocks from Paddington station and the main stretch to Hyde park. The rooms are very clean and tidy but the best thing about the rooms and I can't state this enough is the good air ventilation, no warm stuffy rooms, we even got a balcony the first round.
