Traveling the city was difficult because the hotel is out of the city so bought tickets on metro but it was under renovation and only had 3 stops so was let off in an area we were not familiar with. Communication was limited due to a language barrier . We also had engine trouble on our jet at airport and was made to travel for two days so we missed one night and the establishment didn’t offer to reimburse or make any kind of compensation . It would have been nice since we are Hilton members for many years."
