"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely amazing stay! The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our entire visit. The room was very comfortable, and the air conditioning worked great, which was definitely appreciated! I also loved that the hotel provided really good toiletries. They had everything we needed, including shampoo and other essentials, so we didn’t have to go out and buy anything extra. The food at the hotel was amazing as well! The location was one of my favorite things about our stay. The area felt super safe, and we were able to walk around easily and explore so much of Barcelona. Whenever we wanted to go somewhere farther away, getting a taxi was quick and easy. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and felt comfortable and taken care of the entire time. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Barcelona and would definitely stay here again! ❤️🇪🇸"

"The property was overall good and very well located. I did not expect such a small room, definitely not enough for two persons. The reason I did not go gave it a 3 or below is because I did reserve a standard room and the receptionist tried to upgrade my room at arrival with no luck. The room looked fairly remodeled, but the faucet and soap holder was peeling off. There were ac ducts but filled with something white which looked weird. Also for such a small room one you should install bathroom extractors. Besides these details everything else worked great. Service great. Staff very helpful. Also they should let people check-in atleast at 2 pm with the room ready."

"The rooftop bar and pool were great and not overly busy when we visited on a weekend in August. The staff were all excellent and spoke good English. Really good spot in the city although I would advise using local taxis rather than walking, The rooms our party had were all great, particularly the one with a huge balcony. The hotel also gave us a free upgrade on one of the rooms. Would highly recommend and go back if visiting Barcelona again"

"Lovely hotel in Barcelona and a great location distance-wise to all the attractions and beach. Great amenities in the hotel. Gym was fab. Rooftop pool and bar were a brilliant place to chill out after exploring all day. Great 360 view. Rooms bright, clean and modern although the cleaning could be haphazard. We had to ask for towels a couple of days as they had been taken and not replaced and not everything in the room got refilled every time but the cleaning was great every day. Reception staff couldn’t have been more welcoming and were helpful to speak to at any time of day or night which was lovely. However be aware that it’s not the nicest part of the city. There were a lot of homeless, drunks and others in the immediate vicinity and it didn’t feel comfortable to me or my teenagers being outside, this is compared with other neighbouring areas. A couple of guests reported jewellery being stolen from them in the street outside which is a shame for such a nice modern hotel."
