This is our third time staying at the Petit Palace Boquería Garden. We love it. Staff are very helpful, friendly and professional. Rooms are clean and have air conditioning for a cool break on a hot day. The courtyard is the perfect place to take a break. Location is perfect.

The building may be hundreds of years old, but this hotel looks like it was updated yesterday. Well appointed, spacious (for Europe) and very clean room. Steps from the metro in the heart of the Gothic Quarter. Absolutely amazing outdoor patio / garden area makes you feel like you and the other guests have this busy part of the city all to yourself. Will be back for sure.

When I first arrived, I realized I 'd left my wallet on the plane. The wonderful front desk staff were so concerned and helpful!!! Went waaaay above and beyond for me!!! I felt so stupid - and they were so sweet about everything. When I recovered my wallet and returned - they cheered for me and we're genuinely happy for me!! Love love love this location. Would definitely stay here again!!
