"Nice place and in a good location. We were told by the property manager to bolt the door twice but weren’t able to. After looking more, we discovered paper shoved into the lock (clearly on purpose). We were able to remove it and bolt it properly. When we told the property manager she didn’t seem too concerned and never followed up. A little unnerving."

It’s an excellent spot, just a short walk from the born and the gothic districts, with lots of shopping and restaurants nearby. Communications conducted in English without issue, property team were accessible and provided clear instructions on entry. "It was great staying in the heart of Barcelona’s Gothic Quarter. Even though a fiesta in the plaza around the corner made for a very noisy first night (it quieted to normal city sounds by 3am), it was nice to be within walking distance of so many sites, restaurants, etc. A wonderful stay."

"The rental property is in a great location. Close to restaurants, shopping and public transportation. The rental is small, especially the bathroom. Someone very tall would have a hard time using the toilet. It was clean and check in was very smooth. I would recommend this property."

"Overall we had a wonderful experience staying here feeling like we were locals in Barcelona. It was close to a few train stations, La Sagrada Familia and some nice restaurants. Our host was kind enough to offer suggestions for restaurants and things to do while here.
