"LOCATION, LOCATION. This apartment is just off Las Ramblas and the plaza. We are seniors but managed the narrow staircase. As a bonus Mario was there when we arrived and left and he carried our luggage."

"Wouldn’t let us in the room until 2 pm and we arrived at 0730. They did hold our bags. The night shift was friendly and helpful but when it changed to day shift The woman wasn’t very helpful. However women in the evening and all the men were great. Breakfast was incredible. Room was nice but air conditioning didn’t seem to work properly. "

"The property is small, but served our needs for one month stay. Like other comments the unit is central to all sites and easy to get around. This is an old dirty building and the hallways were dirty and smelled of rotting garbage. Exterior of building and lobby photos were deceiving. Our arrival time was delayed 3+ hours and due to time difference and language we were not met in a timely manner to receive the keys.Trying to communicate through VRBO is not acceptable. "This is in a very good location. It is near in some of the Landmarks in Barcelona and is in a walking distance. There are so many shops and Restaurant around the area. The rooms are OK it's clean the only downside is that there is no coffee/tea maker in the room.Breakfast could at least be served with baked beans also the tomatoes are served whole instead of slices.The area felt safe.The staff are OK but does not entertain guest nicely and don't really feel welcome.It's like they are there to do...
