"Guillermo went out of his way to answer our questions and help us enjoy our 3 day stay. We don’t speak much Spanish and were afraid we would be a burden, but his graciousness was unbelievable! We thank you SO MUCH for your help in renting the bikes and where to eat. We highly recommend this quiet area so close to the Metro and Barcelona. "We had a heck of a time trying to get to L’argentera (no car!) but once we got there the town and especially L’Espai Abadia were wonderful. A great place to relax for a few days. A charming old house with a nice kitchen, a lovely patio and really welcoming staff. Had a splendid time :)"

"For those looking for a nice and quiet place near Puigcerda. There is absolutely nothing at Age. No bar, no supermarket, no restaurant, nothing... Puigcerda is a 30-45 minute walking. However, you need a car because walking on the road is neither easy nor safe. Therefore Cal Marrufes location has problems and advantages. Excellent service, good breakfast and, what is very precious coming from Barcelona, SILENCE."

"El Born was perfectly located adjacent to the gothic quarter and across the street from train and bus stations. The metro and beach were also easily walkable. We would stay here again! Guillermo was super friendly and helpful. We felt welcome and that he would accommodate whatever needs we had. Water pressure was great and got plenty hot. The room was cool and the bed was comfortable. "

"We could've used 2 keys to be able to leave or go back to the guest house separately. Other than that, we liked this guest house as it is located at the perfect spot for public transport, touristic and also shopping purposes. Although we were promised cleaning and towel replacement service in every three days, we didn't mind not getting it. We were happy with using the same towels for a week.
