The breakfast food was lame and lack of choices. Baggage storage is not free like most other hotels in Europe do. Guest need to come down to the reception area to collect the coffee and kettle amenities himself while most other hotels will either provide or deliver directly to the room by the Housekeeping representative. The worst was the taxi booking was not as per guest' instruction. This hotel is too greedy and not value for money at all - not for recommendation.
