A little tight getting into & out of shower,shower could do to have better lighting.

VR apartments were well equipped in the kitchenette and clean. Staff were helpful. The only problem was the shower head in our bathroom wasn’t working properly and wifi in bedrooms wasn’t great

Great value and well situated for both K' road and the Queen street shops. Minor feedback was the hotel providing rooms with powdered 'creamer' rather than actual milk for the coffee. Figure if the room has a fridge you should get those uht milk capsules.

The property was run down - it implied there was a washer in the room, there was a very dilapidated laundry room. The 'kitchen' included a microwave whose buttons were taped on; a stove with no dials attached; and a refrigerator that was solid with dirty ice and hadn't been cleaned for a long time. The temperature gauge in the room didn't work - it was cold and I had to call twice so that someone could turn on the heat downstairs.

It is in a good location on Queen Street, with good public transport options close by. If coming from the airport, it is not too far from Sky city, which is the drop off/collection point for one of the bus services to and from the airport

This was a good location for us to attend nearby conference at reasonable pricing. I could book on-site parking. Staff were friendly. Rooms were not perfect, but clean and comfortable. Small upgrades and remembering to provide milk for in-room refreshments would have completed the experience perfectly.

On arrival were given a room which had not been cleaned. The new room was clean however there was Graffiti on the wall, the water blocked in basin. Room key didn't work to open parking gate every time. Breakfast was very average. Overall hotel was disappointing, I would not recommend to others and would not stay here again.

Room a good size with separate bedroom. Minimal furniture and no comfortable chair or couch. Furniture was stained and tired looking. Whole apartment needs a bit of overall maintenance, but was clean and functional. Fridge froze every thing. Reasonable location and quiet. Helpful staff when it came to storage of bag on last day.
