Very bad experience no cleaning arrangements, no actual bathroom, no idea why disabled bathroom was for checkin process was so hard not mentioned before booking, if this hotel was good why not they cancelled, they run a scam. Expedia needs to explain its customers why they do make so inconvenient to their customers.
