Lady in arrival was amazing and explained everything even rang up once bistro opens to let us know and see if we would like to order anything The only things that were not that great were below The mini fridge in the room didn’t work The usb ports on the beside table didn’t work The car parking was very tight and I think very expensive $35 for the night - most places I stay avarage around -$15-20 per night so $35 for a super hard car park not worth the money should think about reducing that price

The late check in was most bothersome after a long flight from LA, and a day in Auckland. Access to showers was delayed by 1hr plus. The rooms were as described -parking was a bit high

Staff were good. Beds clean & shower. I found the hot breakfast was “not hot” was very luke warm. Food was reasonable. The room could do with some tissues & maybe milk & biscuits. After a long flight, guests are tired & perhaps want to make a coffee have a biscuit & put their feet up. Otherwise a very reasonable priced property for what you get.

We were supposed to stay in a superior king. We had two single beds pushed together. Terrible mattresses springs poking out. No rubbish bin! No cutlery no bowels/plates.. no milk for coffee. Tiny tv.

The positive: Staff were very kind, welcoming and helpful. The hotel's restaurant provides food at very good prices. Good location for public transport and walking distance to the CBD. Also, restaurants and entertainment nearby. The negative: Facilities conditions and quality were very disappointing to say the least. Stained bedding, blanckets and towels.Dirty carpets and stained roof. The rooms were way too small, old and dirty appliances. Besides, not even a table or chair to put the luggage. No isolation between rooms, hence no privacy and very noisy. I had a long stayed and I can say that cleanness is not their strongest quality. I would recommended the place only for one night. If you're visiting for business or tourism that's not the right place.

there was a weird musty smell in the room, but soon went away. air conditioner probably needa a service, didnt really cool down the room. but for $100 a nightbin auckland, cant really complain. staff were awesome room was clean

The staff were friendly and very helpful. The on-site restaurant made delicious, if basic, food. The room was confortable and served it's purpose. It needs some basic maintenance done (window doesn't close all the way and some staples sticking out of the carpet in one spot), but was very clean and staff were receptive to hearing about the maintenance issues. They went out of their way to arrange parking for me even after I had checked out of the room.
