The staff service was exceptional, they learnt our names and always welcomed us each time we left or returned, as well as shared advice and tips. Lily was a standout host and made our stay enjoyable. The breakfast exceeded expectations and was delicious and the spa services were excellent also. "

They booked us a taxi when checking out and when we wanted to keep our luggage for a few hours before our flight after we came back from Ha Long, they let us put our luggage even though we stayed with them the previous week. I have never seen this before. Highly recommended if you are staying in Hanoi"
