"Room was nice, staff was very helpful and had no issue's having conversations in English. They are very foreigner friendly. We enjoyed the location, the breakfast was wonderful, but can get busy in the mid morning times. Thr location is great but it is close to bars, restaurant and a nightlife area. It is also close to what is considered a redlight area. So not that family friendly from what I saw. We found activities to do during the day and enjoyed how close we were to so many things. I will say, having multiple Apa hotels close to each other with similar names was an issue because we went to the wrong hotel a couple times. Would definitely visit again and recommend to friends wanting a unique experience of Tokyo."

"The hotel is in a great location - just next to the subway station. Good places to eat nearby and a pleasant walk to Shinjuku station. The facilities for snacks/washing is good. Onsen is amazing - and free for the guests. The room was tiny (as expected), bit tight for 2 people with luggage. And the place is bit dated - our room carpet looked worn and had stains. Overall a good stay but would prefer big more space and fresher room for my next visit. "

"This is an excellent choice for anyone visiting Tokyo and wants to have access to all corners of the city—through the Nishi-Shinjuku Station. The staff is very courteous and their buffet breakfast is exquisite. You will not be disappointed. "

"There is NO AIR-CON in the room!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The hotel uses a centralised heating system with no ability to adjust the temperature per room. During my stay, the room was overwhelmingly warm with absolutely no way to cool it down. There is a Dyson fan provided, but it is simply a fan — not an air conditioning unit — and does nothing to actually lower the temperature. For a hotel at this price point, this is frankly unacceptable. The room itself is also very cramped. Even for a regular-sized person, the space felt restrictive — we could barely open two suitcases at the same time without struggling. The rest of the facilities were decent enough, but the lack of proper temperature control is a dealbreaker. I would not stay here again."
