"Close to Ginza district"
Nothing special, just a clean hotel with nice management. We walked into hotel by same management at another location close by - had the snootiest staff. That hotel I wouldn't want to stay at, but this one - referred to as La Soeur had very pleasant staff

APA Hotel Ginza-Takaracho

It was my first time in Tokyo and APA Ginza-Takaracho impressed me with its efficiency---the use of space, cleanliness, materials, quietness, and the price. I'll definitely stay here again perhaps in the near future. One thing that felt strange was the few receptionists that I talked to emitted cold vibe. I really like Shiseido shampoo and shower gel provided in big bottles so I showered to my heart's desire.

"Modern hotel in a fantastic location"
The hotel was a minute walk from all the big malls and shops in Ginza. The room was a bit small, but everything looked new and modern. The bathrooms could use a bit of improvement, but it was clean. The hotel concierge will not make any restaurant reservations for you until you check in. I found this disappointing.

"Not sure why the reviews say good location"
The location was ok yes close to Ginza but u still need to take a cab or the train or troll to get to most of the places so not sure why people here are saying good location... the hotel was clean, very nice staff I mean Japanese are nice people in general and always willing to help :) the hotel extremely small if this hotel happen to be the cheapest option for u keep in mind that sometimes an extra $20 will give u a lot more comfort... in general rooms in Japan are small I get that but this one was sooooo small! LoL anyways overall an ok hotel, was clean and nice people

Pocket Guide: Ginzanishi Ginza 3 stars Hotels

High on opulence and popularity, Ginza was one of the city's first districts to implement Western-style brick buildings and gas lamps. Set in the heart of the city, it is the place for those who don't mind crowds, and serious spenders. But it takes very little to see Asia's largest fish market, a traditional kabuki play, or the latest gadgets at the Sony building.
