The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. The concierge helped us find a local restaurant that had excellent food at a reasonable price. They have a beautiful garden accessible from the second floor. I would highly recommend the hotel for a relaxing and peaceful stay.

This is a great hotel and we love the garden. The staff at breakfast did not offer us the table with the best view of tokyo despite us asking for a table close to the window. There were many available. Then we felt rushed, every 30 seconds a waiter came to clean something from our table or remind us that the restaurant closes at 10. This is unusually rude for this hotel or for Japan in general.

Keio was wonderful! Well located, right opposite the metro govt building for the lights show, has a 7/11 in the building ( amazing), helpful staff, great location near the station and lots of restaurants. The airport limo comes right to your doorstep, Disney bus right to your doorstep. Everything so convenient. Love love love.
