"Nice hotel. Staff were decent and hotel room was very clean. Had sufficient amenities. There’s an outdoor lounge area on the 12th floor which was nice, though a bit cold during winter. Our room was right next to this outdoor area so it can be a little noisy in the evening. The hotel also serves free coffee / tea and bread at the lobby area every morning for hotel guests. I thought that was quite lovely. Overall a very pleasant and comfortable stay. Had a nice time around the Ginza area. "

"I had such a wonderful stay here, and I especially want to thank the manager, Toko. He was incredibly helpful on my first night after arriving, and his kindness really made a huge difference. All the other managers and staff were also so friendly and welcoming to both me and my son. It’s rare nowadays to find a place where people genuinely care, but this hotel absolutely made us feel at home. It might not be the most luxurious or “top 5-star” hotel I’ve stayed in, but it has become my favourite...
