Ginza location was convenient, lots of shopping and a 15-20min walk to Tokyo station. Room was simple and functional with comfortable beds. No real room for much other that sleeping. Breakfast was decent, if you can get it included, I wouldn’t pay extra for it.
I’m glad I found this hotel. The location is excellent, with access to Higashi-Ginza Station just steps away. The room was small, as expected for Tokyo, but it was clean, modern, and comfortable for my week-long stay. One unexpected side effect of being so close to the station was that the first train each morning essentially became my alarm clock.
I appreciated the daily replenishment of towels, water bottles, and toothbrushes. The staff was helpful throughout my stay, and the laundry facilities, though small, worked well and were convenient to have available.
My only real complaint is that the hotel has just one elevator. During busy times, especially when housekeeping is working, wait times can become fairly long. In those situations, it was often easier to use the fire escape stairs. To be fair, the hotel does warn guests about this in advance.
Even with the elevator situation, I really enjoyed my stay and would plan to stay here again the next time I’m in the area.
The room was clean and spacious. The bed was made up to accommodate 2 people side by side instead of bunk beds, which i appreciated. The toiletries and amenities were exceptional and plentiful and a wonderful quality. The location of the train station out front is extremely convenient. The neighborhood is my favorite in Tokyo. Of the three hotels and the three areas that we stayed while in Japan This hotel and this stay was my favorite.
The hotel’s location is good, and the staff are friendly and helpful. However, the room is very small, you barely have enough space to open a large suitcase, and the room has kind of oily smell and the smell of grilling beef.
Great location in Ginza. Close to many metro station and walkable to Tokyo main station. Super friendly staff. Room standard compact size for Tokyo hotels. May be challenging for 2 people stay. Wouldvteturnif back in Tokyo. I really hope so. 😉
Great location and we enjoyed the onsen too. I would like to thank the amazing staff here at the lobby, they were so accommodating and helpful. As good as any 5 star hotel. Thank you to the staff & cleaning staff that made our stay comfortable!
The staff are the golden stars of this hotel. They are very helpful and so courteous. The location is right beside the A7 exit of the Asakusa line. The onsen was small but such a gift after walking 25k steps in Tokyo. The rooms are small, so for 2 people with lots of luggage, would need some planning on which one to open. Property was clean, and there’s a water dispenser on my floor, which is so convenient. Will definitely stay here again! Maybe will book a bigger room next time.
