"The property is very clean and the staff is very friendly. The beach is amazing with the ability to walk quite far on a shoreline. When you get to the hotel, make sure to make dinner reservation for their evening restaurants because they are amazing. We really liked the Asian and Mediterranean ones. Rooms get cleaned twice a day which is nice. One thing we didn't like was a buffet with small food options and it's the same every day. I wish we were told that we could eat at the restaurants...

"I liked everything except the policy for men to wear long pants at the alacarts. It’s hot and humid and going to them means walking which makes for an uncomfortable dinner. What is extremely frustrating however is that the policy is not enforced for all and some guests wear shorts without penalty. The long pants policy should be removed."

"Great location, as we were minutes away from everything on foot. Building was renovated and well kept. Only downsides was that the staff was slow to help with simple requests like more towels or replacing coffee pods. There was also construction right outside our hotel every morning, so we never could enjoy our morning coffee on the balcony. Of course, not blaming the hotel for this, just a minor inconvenience. Upstairs pool and bar were beautiful, great view and great prices of drinks and food....

"We have a issue whit our toilet for 2 days was making wear noises after you flushed, they give me a massage for me and my wife, but was kind of disturbed, also the page in Expedia said that you have one bottle of bounle wine per stay and they said than no and they charge me for bottle, there some amenities that they don’t have anymore but still advertised.
