Not the best resort that I have stayed, there is literally no activities at night beside some karaoke and nothing else to do on the evening. Most of the workers don’t understand English, or they pretend not to understand. The food was OK and it’s a pain to make reservations on the restaurant..

Very polite staff everybody was excellent with customer service. You can tell management has trained them very well in this area. Room was clean restaurant was clean bathrooms all clean... everybody was occupied working cleaning all while maintaining great customer service. I will definitely stay here again

We stayed 4 nights in mid-August and we had an amazing time. It wasn’t too crowded but not dead either. Seaweed was not bad, but it was still there. Staff and cleanliness were great at Live Aqua.
