Lovely hotel w thoughtfully designed comfortable rooms. Friendly staff and good restaurant by the pool
This place was amazing. I loved the sounds of the jungle at night, I loved how peaceful it was. The staff were great and everything was very well kept and clean. The food they made for us was delicious! I would very much like to stay here again during future visits!
Room was small but comfortable. No tv in the room, but a shared tv in an entertainment room. We didn't miss having a tv. Mostly stream these days anyway. Wi-Fi was very good.
Staff were great. On site restaurant was above average service and quality.
Pool was clean and cool!

Place was convenient to drive to chichen itza and the cenotes. Receptionist not the best service. Dining and bartenders were the best.

Great location if you're planning to visit Chichen Itzá.
Always fabulous staying here! Each of the staff provided excellent customer service which I truly appreciate.
The facilities are immaculately maintained as was my room. Great menu and food!
We only spent one night as a stopover from Cancun to Merida so we could visit Chichen Itza and Cenote Ik Kil first thing for which it was very conveniently placed. Quite dated property but spotless and quiet in the evening and with nice restaurant surrounding a pool which sadly we didn't have time to use.
Beautiful design, clean property, clean pool. Comfortable, hot water for showers. 2 water bottles, towels and soap provided. Hotel restaurant food and drinks are expensive though.
Great value for money. Nice pool with lounge chairs by the side, and room was clean and comfortable with good AC. Staff was very kind and helpful. And location near the park is great for an early morning start. Only negative was the dinner at the restaurant was very bland, and it’s not very close to other food options.
The hotel is in a quiet area close to the ruins. There are beautiful gardens around the hotel and surrounding the pool. It is nice for the kids as there is a pool, a movie watching room with a pool table and foosball. Also the area around the hotel is nice for walking and exploring. The hotel itself is designed nicely and the whole place really has a lot of character. The only downfall really is that there is nothing else around as far as stores or restaurants, so you have to eat at the hotel restaurant and it does have limited hours.
It is a very nicely kept hotel. The rooms was more than I expected

Reasable option for one night.
This is a pleasant place to stay if you want to sleep close to chichen itza.
Last renovation has been a while ago, but it is clean, staff is friendly and the restaurant a good option for the day.
WiFi is weak, beds are short but fine for the 1,80 I have.
People were very friendly and sweet. The room is tiny clean but could have done with a lil airing. Very convenient location for overnight after the sound and light show at Chichenitza
Friendly staff, wonderful area, paradise! confortable beds en big rooms! Only the kitchen is not very functional, for long staying you can not cook, just cold kitchen they call it! That is a min.
Did a quick overnight here to visit Chichen Itza and the local cenotes at first crack and it was so worth it! Zero crowds and a very personal experience. The hotel staff was fantastic, as I was coming and going at odd hours, and they were always very helpful. The hotel is scattered with interesting artifacts, has a huge pool, library, even foosball! Simple, charming rooms with arched bed alcoves and surrounding gardens. Very tranquil stay.
it is a perfect place to stay for an early visit to Chichen Itza. Only 6 m drive and it has nicely kept ground. The breakfast buff on site starting at 7am was just right time in order to get to the gate by 8am. The swimming pool was big enough for lap swim and relax. Staffs were friendly and helpful. The place was clean and had some artifacts on display.

The property is convenient if you are going or done sightseeing Chichen itza. It's close to the pyramids.
The hotel looks like an old hacienda so itbhas that Mexican feel about but needs a lot of TLC inside and outside.
I guess for the price and the options around the area you dont have a lot of choices.
If want a really peaceful and quiet place, this is it. Gardens inside and outside are marvelous.
Rooms are a bit strange and small. No TV, and that was really awesome to me.
No TVs anywhere! Yaay!!
No music anywhere, not even in restaurant, thank goodness.
The buffet on weekends is good.
Their coffee needs to be improved.
