"Our stay at Casa Ganesh was a whole different experience—exactly what we were looking for: a beautiful tropical vibe surrounded by nature. 🌴✨
The motel is right at the edge of the ocean, which was absolutely beautiful. Unfortunately, we didn’t get to fully enjoy the ocean because of the season. September seems to be one of the slowest months on this side of the Caribbean.
Other than that, everything was perfect! If you’re looking for a peaceful place to stay, disconnect from the busy world,...

"We stayed in the beach front suite with kitchenette. It was lovely to wake up to the gorgeous sunrise over the glittering Caribbean each morning. The staff were all extremely attentive and helpful, friendly and gracious. We appreciated how laid back and welcoming the place was. We felt right at home. Major highlight of the trip was helping hundreds of freshly hatched baby sea turtles find their way to the water with a couple of staff members and other guests. It was such a special, once in a...

"The room was very nice, modern, well laid out with that Tulum aesthetic.
The staff was super helpful and responsive with the couple of requests that we had and we do appreciate that.
The pool is nice, just be good to pack some bug spray. And really cool to have access to Panamera across the road if you don’t have kids 🙂"

"This was an amazing place to stay! I came with three friends, and the room we booked was perfect for us, especially the small private pool on the terrace, which we loved. The hotel also has a small restaurant with delicious food. I ordered the pasta and it was so, so good. I'd definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Tulum, and I'd love to come back!"

We recently stayed here on our honeymoon. The service was fantastic and the two restaurants in the hotel are AMAZING! For breakfast/lunch we would recommend Fresco's for fresh juices and amazing ceviches. For dinner Ziggy's is the place to be, great food and live music.
We booked a room with a rooftop jacuzzi which was fantastic. Tulum is beautiful but very quiet so definitely not the right place to go if you want adventure or partying. Perfect spot to relax. Would HIGHLY recommend this...

My wife and I had a fantastic two night stay at Alaya. The resort is very conveniently located, with most rooms facing the beach. The staff, particularly Moritz, head of guest services, were exceedingly helpful, nothing being a problem.
My recommendation would be to spend a little bit more money and get one of the Ocean front villas, as the Gardenview villas get a bit of noise from the street.
Otherwise would highly recommend to anyone.

We stayed at mi amor for our honeymoon and it could not have been a more enjoyable and relaxing stay. The staff are incredible friendly and attentive. The views and facilities (personal outdoor spa and also infinity pool) are first class. The directors of the hotel met us upon arrival with a glass of prosecco and made us feel very welcome! The restaurant at mi amor, unico, is also a must - as the food is spectacular. And lastly the location is great, you can ride your bike to the ruins and to...

We were in a beachfront room and couldn't have been happier with the location and amazing outlook of the room. It is located on a beautiful stretch of the beach.
However the bed was uncomfortably hard and the air conditioner didn't seem to be working (however the overhead fan was reasonably effective).
The value was fantastic, and the included ala carte breakfast was excellent.

From the moment we walked up the front stairs and saw the beach, we knew this place was special. We stayed in Room 10, which had its own balcony overlooking the ocean. The beds and pillows were amazing, the room was very spacious, and we spent many afternoons on the balcony reading or getting massages. Cannot recommend this place enough

You pay a very high premium to stay at the beach. no breakfast included also extra for bike hire
Recommend stay in Tulum town for less breakfast/ bikes included with pool, and commute to beach using beach clubs.
Seaweed is a real problem, discoloring the water
