"At the last minute my flight was cancelled. Hotel GMS refused to refund ANY of my money. Yes, there was a cancellation policy, but there should be some leniency for circumstances beyond an individual’s control. I would understand if they needed to keep some of it, but they kept over $1,000. That is unethical."

Nice hotel in a great location in Seoul
"It was a nice hotel with a perfect location, but they did not want to give us any upgrades or any extra benefits are being a member. The air conditioner was broken and we had to call for service several times did not fix the problem. Eventually, on our last night got fixed and they gave us free breakfast to compensate. I wish that was offered by them rather than us asking for it. "
