"The room I had was very clean, however a little dated. Especially the bathroom. There was a guest causing commotion a few doors down that the police had to attend and while no fault of the hotel. I could hear it clearly in my room. The staff were very friendly though and there is heaps of parking under world square and it's close to both the tram and the metro."

"We enjoyed our stay - it was a fabulous location, super comfortable beds & helpful staff (they let us check in 90 mins early for no extra cost!). If you prebook the buffet breakfast you get $4 off, so comes to $28pp. This is cheap for a hotel buffet, but the quality is so so. The coffee is also pre batched. If you prefer barista made coffee and you’re not short on time I’d recommend you skip the buffet. The bedroom was very clean, the bathroom has seen better days. The shower in particular was a bit discoloured and the shower head was very old and loud. Location was fantastic. There’s a nearby bar which played loud music but it stopped at 11pm on the Friday night. It was quiet Saturday night. This hotel, for its competitive price, was overall good and I’d stay here again."
