They didn’t clean bathroom every day. They change towels but that’s it. The floor was never vacuum not one day.

Value for money & our room was spotlessly clean. Central location, we walked downstairs & asked for a cab... by the time we walked outside it had arrived. Happily stay there again.

We arrived at the hotel after having our cruise canceled on 3/14. The front desk staff could not have been any nicer in providing a room on the 17th floor. During the night, I needed to connect with our airline to change our flight arrangements. Again, the front desk assisted me in making phone contact and allowed me to standby for four hours while on hold waiting for Qantas to respond. They also arranged for shuttle pick up to the airport which was very prompt and reasonably priced.
