"Great hotel, location and facilities were exceptional. Only downside was that they had no record of my booking when i checked-in, despite having paid for the booking via hotels.com some weeks in advance. Consequently it took around 45 minutes for the reception staff to get me checked-in and required me calling hotels.com to establish what happened. The reception staff stated that this is a common problem when bookings comes via hotels.com (expedia) so i would recommend calling the hotel in advance to confirm that they have your booking confirmation."

"We booked here for 4 nights, We had a lovely warm welcome. My room was clean and spacious. The room had AC, fridge, Safe, iron & ironing board, kettle with coffee, tea and free bottled water. We did have a small issue but the staff went out their way to fix this and this is why i would stay here again knowing they care about the guests. The hotel is near public transport, shops and the LGBT scene. There is a onsite shop selling limited items but there are shops near by. If you require your room to be made up you need to book it or speak to the staff, I had no issues with this has if i needed more towels i just asked and was given them and i got to have a sleep in with out being woken by house keeping. The hotel is card only which surprised us, I would ask that the hotel maybe consider allowing customers the choice to use cash? We enjoyed our stay here and would definitely stay here again and recommend the hotel. 5 stars all around."

"The staff were lovely, really welcoming and helpful. We had an issue with our first room allocation, it smelled like cigarette smoke, the staff at the front desk swapped us to a different room with no issues at all. The second room was great. I think the hotel is showing a few signs of age, chips and wearing on woodwork, but over all looks good. The wellness facilities are a nice touch, it was a nice way to wind down after a stressful day of travel. The breakfast was exceptional. Really very good. Huge variety of a high quality options, even gluten free breads and cereals which came as a welcome surprise to my gluten intolerant partner. Different milk options too. I couldn't fault it."
