Ideal for my stay,staff were helpful and friendly, however there was an attempt to scam my son, when someone put there sauna, food and drink onto his room, not sure how yhis could happen in this day and age, person claimed to know us, and asked for there purchases to be put on iur room? Hotel was excellent and in a good location

Modern hotel, very well appointed, very well run. Rooms large and comfy. Lovely pool. 10 minute walk from the zoo with U and S-Bahn connections. On S9 line direct from Brandenberg airport.

I had NO IDEA when I booked my package how amazing this property would be. From the moment I arrived they greeted me in a way that made me feel so welcome and special. I immediately relaxed. The whole hotel is clean and seemed new and modern. The elevator, the bathroom in my room the beds, tv, carpet the whole room was comfortable clean, safe, and they had everything and anything I needed. I forgot my my converter from the US but because they had USBs built in I was able to charge my devices without missing a beat. They had excellent wifi and a great restaurant bar attached that I frequented several times. There is a bus stop close by (across from the hotel and you could walk down to clubs, coffee, foods, and shopping within 5-10 minutes. I will definitely stay here again! One of the best hotels I've ever stayed at!
