"Its a terrific studio apartment. Large, nicely decorated, full size kitchen and bathroom. It faces the courtyard, so it is quiet. All of the procedures and rules for using the apartment are well documented and the owners communicate well. It's a short walk to a good U-Bahn stop."

"It was small, but even almost hazardous with the stairway to the loft being very rickety. The windows.. were not really, frosted over the bottom half for privacy and no place to open for air. We really liked the neighborhood, so having our door wide open to ventilate still felt reasonable secure Thank you, we made the best of it."

"Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Schöne helle Räume mit hohen Decken und Diehlenboden. Ausstattung war gut, wobei wir nicht gekocht haben. Ein paar mehr Kaffeelöffel und je ein Lappen für Küche und Bad wären schön gewesen. Die Duschwand ist sicher nur temporär nicht vorhanden und wird bald wieder installiert. Die Lage fanden wir perfekt. Etwas doof ist, dass man die Wohnung durch das Hauptschlafzimmer betreten muss, aber als Familie geht das sicher. Jedenfalls kommen wir gerne wieder."
