Great stay

Great location very close to bus and train stations. Also have a supermarket nearby. Friendly and safe neighbourhood. Staff are helpful and room was very comfortable and cosy in the winter.

The staff were excellent and very helpful. The breakfast is ok not a massive choice, but enough to fill up on. It’s walkable to the underground station. My only complaint was that we didn’t have a kettle and when I asked, they offered us a coffee from the machine in the dining room and then charged us at the end of the stay for them. But overall it’s a reasonable price for what you get

Modern and clean rooms. Location ok for the price. Male receptionist was incredibly rude and clearly shouldn’t be in a customer service role. Single lift which was small, slow and constantly being held up for minutes on end by housekeeping staff. Shower leaked.

The internet was not working for the full week I was on a business trip and that was the braking point for me. The tv didn’t work also I requested the cancellation because I wanted to move to the other hotel with internet. Was denied. Because the stay was prepaid, i had zero options and zero leverage. Terrible experience!

Hotel war überbucht, daher wurde ich in ein anderes Hotel umquartiert (Holiday Inn Schöneberg). Taxi dorthin wurde bezahlt. Trotzdem ärgerlich und lästig (am Samstagabend wartet man auch ewig auf ein Taxi). Die junge Frau an der Rezeption war aber extrem freundlich und bemüht, das Versagen der Hotel-EDV zu kompensieren.

Die Unterkunft ist schön und modern eingerichtet, alles ist sehr sauber. Mein Zimmer hatte einen Balkon und ein bequemes Bett. Auf vorherige Anfrage bekam ich ein Zimmer mit Kühlschrank und Miniküche ohne Aufpreis. Die Rezeption ist 24 Stunden besetzt und das Personal war sehr freundlich. Die Umgebung ist ruhig gelegen und man hat zwei U-Bahn-Stationen, die man in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichen kann. Fahrt zum Hauptbahnhof dauert nur 10 Minuten. Viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in direkter Nähe.

Amazing Stay Be Back Again 5*

Stayed here the 17-19th of june .. cane for the linkin park concert and the hotel blew me away .. great Space ... very clean and got a room service while i was away out enjoying berlin 😎 ... the staff was great young girl was there to check me in she was great .. well spoken polite with charm and very well presented

Reception staff not particularly interested in service delivery.floor staff doesn't speak German or English and also seem short of towels and toilet paper and not willing to go out of their way to deliver at their next opportunity. Poor service. Lovely location though.

Bei dem Preis hätte ich erwartet, dass nicht nur ein Duschhandtuch vorhanden ist. Ein Händehandtuch und ein Bodentuch im Bad wären schön gewesen. Der Baulärm im Eingangsbereich ging gar nicht. Ansonsten sehr schöne Zimmer, nettes Personal. Das Buffet zum Frühstück hat auch noch ein bisschen Luft nach oben.

Kein Wasserkocher, Microwave über Kopfhöhe angebracht. Küchenutensilien in einem Container verstaut - Hygiene fraglich. Wenn man das "Nicht-Stören"-Schild bis 10h morgens noch hängen hatte, Kam später niemand, um mal den Boden zu wischen bzw im Bad zu schauen, ob etwas benötigt würde. Wenn man zufällig einen Etagenbediensteten getroffen hat, könnte weder Deutsch oder English verstanden werden. Im Zimmer fehlt Ein geachlossener Kleiner Schrank. Es gibt nur eine Kleidwrstange, alles staubt ein (ich war 9 Tage Gast).
