"This was a great hotel for our first time in Berlin. The restaurant suggestion was spot on. We walked to Museum Island and stopped in a few shops. Parking was secure and close by. "

"Great central property although local railway station can be noisy if windows open. Cant fault the staff although breakfast at Tge Levl could be rather hotter. Room was rather hot with no cooling available for 3/4 nights. Eventually sorted."

"Great location, overall vibe was perfect - cozy without being dated, modern with soft touches that made the place current without trying too hard like other hotels. They have a rooftop bar and a lobby bar, both of which were great, staff at reception was welcoming and efficient. Would stay here again if we find ourselves in Berlin and would highly recommend. "

"It was horrible we checked in and they gave us a handicapped room which we did not order they said it’s with a better view wand it was with 2 single beds even though we ordered a king bed so I told them to change it and they said we have to check out the next day wait until 3pm if we wanted to change the room , the did not clean good the indoor pool and the sauna were cold the room service never answered and when we asked for 3 forks they charged us for 6 euro charge "
