Nice clean and comfy hotel

Very nice quiet and clean hotel with comfortable beds and good amenities. Only the shower was a bit of an issue: water was boiling and was impossible to adjust to the right temperature...

Came to Berlin to run the Berlin Marathon and I liked that I had transportation very accessible. It was about 40 mins from the starting line and to main point of the city. Overall hotel was good. The location was good and it had various options for dining. The only thing I wasn’t crazy about was the shower without door (made it messy).

We had to move to another hotel because of the shower- water was going out every where… And in the second hotel Garner there was no wi fi in the room for a week! I wrote them that i expect a compensation- no one respond yet. I hope you can help me with that- i book from Hotels all the time!

Problems with plumbing during our stay

We stayed for 2 nights with my family and had some problems with facilities. The elevator was our off order and the cold water broke down in the 1st morning which they could not manage to fix it during our time there it was red days due to Xmas though . So we couldn't take a shower, wash our hands or even flush. Otherwise, the room was clean and exactly as advertised. Close to the public transport etc.

I stayed 2 nights, it wasn't even day for check out. Cleaning lady aggressively knocked on the door at 11am, open the door with master key, came in. She freaked out that customer was still inside. I didn't hang "do not disturb nor please clean" banner on the door knob. (Maybe that can be my minor fault there) but it was little unpleasant experience. There is no vending machine or kettle to boil water, very basic tiny small concept hotel.

Very convenient location. Pleasant stuff. My old towels were taken every day, but never replaced with the new ones. The room floor was dirty a sticky. I don't believe they moped it. At the end my leather jacket went missing from the room. When I questioned the front desk at the checkout they contacted the room service, but nobody seemed to seen it.

Vi tyckte det var ett trevligt hotell. Personalen var vänlig och frukosten god (även om dottern hade hoppats på pannkakor eller våfflor). Vi hade tur och hittade en parkeringsplats precis utanför hotellet som ligger i en zon med gratis parkering. Sängen var ganska hård, men ok. Badrummet var fräscht, men fläkten låter väldigt mycket. Vi trodde den var trasig, men tydligen var det likadant i alla rum. Inredningen i restaurangen och lobbyn var ljus och fräsch. Det var nära till kollektivtrafik.

Das Zimmer ist okay. Es hat für mich als Alleinreisende ausreichend Größe gehabt und ist ausgestattet mit Kleiderschrank, Tresor, Wasserkocher, Sessel und einem TV. Das Badezimmer verfügt über eine Dusche und Haartrockner. Leider war die Duscharmatur sehr wackelig, dass man den Duschkopf zwingend in der Hand halten musste, um nicht das gesamte Badezimmer zu fluten, da die Dusche offen ist. Es gab ausreichend Handtücher und Shampoo. Das Doppelbett bestand aus zwei Matratzen, welche beide leider sehr hart und unbequem waren. Ähnliche verhielt es sich mit den Kopfkissen. Diese sind überraschend sehr fest gewesen. Ein weiterer kleiner Nachteil war leider die Wärme in dem Zimmer, woraufhin man nur das Fenster einen Spalt öffnen konnte. Allerdings dröhnt damit auch der Lärm der Hauptstraße, die am Hotel vorbeiführt, rein. Für mich war dieser Aufenthalt zum Glück nur auf eine Nacht beschränkt, eine weitere schlaflose hätte ich auch nicht vertragen. Dies ist jedoch weniger dem Hotel an sich geschuldet, als meinem Komfortverständnis von Matratzen und Ruhe. Habe ich etwas anderes anhand der Bilder erwartet? Definitiv! War es trotzdem okay? Auf jeden Fall. Komme ich wieder? Nein, dafür gibt es wesentlich angenehmere andere Optionen in Berlin.

Dårlig rengøring

Jeg har tidligere været meget glad for at komme på dette hotel, som ligger dejlig centralt i byen. Men denne gang var jeg utilfreds med rengøringen. Jeg havde 5 overnatninger og kun 2 dage, blev der gjort meget overfladisk rent. Jeg fik ikke nye håndklæder. Den ene dag kom rengøringspersonalet kl 18.00, hvilket må siges at være et usædvanligt tidspunkt. Det virkede meget useriøst, især når der i hotellets beskrivelse fremgår, at rengøring sker daglig. Morgenmaden er som altid fin, og køkkendamen er altid sød og flink og imødekommende. Stor ros til hende og hendes team.

the bathrooms are worn down. always plumıng problems. either the sink or the shower is clogged. no ammenities just hand soap. the room is fine nothing fancy. it is good enough for the price. there was extreme construction during my stay but they did nothing to accomodate us further than a note on the elevator that says there will be work. I believe there should be some complimentary gifts or benefits when you wake me up at 8 am everyday with construction noise.
