"Modern upscale hotel with tasteful room decor, comfortable, great attention to room details, plenty of lighting, power outlets, and complimentary water and in room coffee. The staff was very helpful with the checking and checkout processes. Didn’t have time to explore the neighborhood but I’ve heard had delicious ethnic food and shopping."

"BEWARE IF BOOKING 2+ GUESTS. I booked a multiple bed room (2adults + 2children) On check-in the form I signed showed 2a+2c, he could physically see us- yet we where given a small ONE double bed room. Back down to reception, another room - bigger but still ONE double bed. Down to reception - told the best they could do was 2 seperate rooms, different floors! 6days prior I had emailed - no reply, phoned - no one answers, emailed - no reply then contacted IHG Garner global whats app - said would get back but never did. I wanted to inform them that it was now 1a + 2c and check in would be after 10pm. So one of my kids had to sleep in the rooms. They didn't care, neither did the IHG whats appt contact. Also one room faced the sun, its was 26-29C during the day - the aircon didn't work when I asked down at reception, I was told it wasn't on as out of season, ended up sleeping with duvet cover"

"Set in one of the quieter parts of the city yet 5 minutes stroll from the best shopping Berlin has to offer. Close to underground stations for easy transport the Sana is a smart modern hotel with excellent facilities, spacious, well equipped rooms and beautiful reception and bar. Very helpful staff and a free welcome drink and pastries in the room on arrival was a nice touch."

"Hotel Zoo is a nightclub, with rooms attached. If you are looking to stay in a very bling, slightly trashy, nightclub, you will love it. If however you are looking for a sophisticated hotel, this is not it."

"I reached out to the hotel both by email and phone before my stay to confirm that the air conditioning was working, and I was assured that it was. Unfortunately, when I arrived, not only was the AC not functioning properly, but it was also extremely loud. To make matters worse, the pool was closed as well. This was very disappointing, especially since I relied on the information provided before booking. I felt misled. I would not recommend staying here unless you’re comfortable dealing with uncomfortable room conditions."

"This is a great hotel, central to transport and shops. Staff very helpful and friendly. Great choice of breakfast and value for money. The only let down was the lack of complimentary beverages in the rooms. We had a kettle, sugar sachets and coffee. This is where tea drinks miss out. I had to take teabags from the restaurant to our room. Also had to keep asking for a jug of milk at the hotel lobby bar as again no milk for tea/coffee."
