"Great location, friendly and helpful staff."

"This is a great hotel, central to transport and shops. Staff very helpful and friendly. Great choice of breakfast and value for money. The only let down was the lack of complimentary beverages in the rooms. We had a kettle, sugar sachets and coffee. This is where tea drinks miss out. I had to take teabags from the restaurant to our room. Also had to keep asking for a jug of milk at the hotel lobby bar as again no milk for tea/coffee."

"We stayed in both Hyperion Munich and Berlin.Both are excellent.Nerlin has large comfortable rooms ,great shower and good A/C.Staff are helpful and friendly.U Bahn is a short walk there are steps no lift to station.Breakfast is good but has no omelette stand It can get busy at peak times."

"The room was spacious and comfortable the bathroom was clean and spacious also. The room was comfortable with one lounge chair and one desk chair. The room was quiet and the maid service was excellent. The property was near a great shopping area."

"Room was clean .Check in was not good, check in staff couldn't find my booking.Member of staff took my phone and started randomly scrolling through it which was annoying.Finally found my booking on their system, logged under he wrong name! Got to room to find toilet didn't flush and drain away. But was late at night so no one available to help.Air conditioning didn't work properly so asked for a fan.Was assured someone would drop one off the following day, but it didn't happen.Nor did maintenance deal with the toilet issue. Finally moved room.Asked for a late check out. Went out in the morning, returned to my room and was locked out.Another ordeal trying to get back into my room and find booking. Think staffing is the key issue here , otherwise lovely hotel."

"There are many stairs, reception is on the 4th floor. There is a very small, very old, rickety elevator that we heard water running through it during the rain one night, and then it was closed. Though there is key access to the building and all the floors, there is still unwanted people in the building. Parking- we asked for the parking pass, but could not find it the first night and the second could not safely get our car into the area (very small alley), scratching the rental car was not worth it. When my husband asked for help, the man at the desk did help, but was rude and reluctant. In the end, I paid 50euros for something I did not use. Other staff was wonderful, breakfast was good, and our room worked well for us."
