A very clean modern hotel in the heart of Berlin with excellent access to transport links and sightseeing tours. My room was spotless and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. Although a couple of the restaurants were closed VOX was open and I had a superb evening meal there. The pool and spa area were also top notch.

The Grand Hyatt Berlin is an excellent hotel. The food, staff, service and location are all top notch. We love the quiet close doors on the rooms, the cleanliness and 24hour room service. I always find the jacuzzi in the spa a bit weird as it’s always tepid but the spa area itself is enjoyable and clean. Don’t forget to grab a smoothie at the spa reception!
