"The hotel was acceptable but the room was very small, the toilet very very low to the floor and the bed was very small, it was listed as a Queen size but i think it was more like a double. Also charging $24 a night to park your car was ridicules after one night in a tiny room was $150+. The parking charge was never mentioned until you had booked in and paid the fees by credit card. Hotels.com usually does better than this!"

"The airport transport does not run ans advertised and we had to wait over an hour for the shuttle bus. The shuttle schedule phone number is run by agentic-AI which would estimate a later and later arrival time every time I called, giving us no real idea if the shuttle was actually coming. In addition, we were assured multiple times prior to our arrival that there would have a pack n play set up in for our 19 month old after traveling for over 12 hours . That was not the case and it took almost an hour to be delivered to our room which led fully avoidable meltdown of our overtired baby that lasted most of the night. Honestly felt very neglectful and tone deaf of hospitality-based service."

"Invasive german roach Infestation! Stay at your own risk. If you get them in your room, the hotel will do nothing. We stayed at the hotel for two nights. We checked in during the afternoon after we were told to wait 15 minutes for them to finish cleaning the room. As we dropped our stuff off to meet with friends, we thought it seemed clean enough. When we came back at night, we noticed a small bug in the bathroom. When we took a closer look, we realized it was a baby roach. It ran away before we were able to kill it. Then we saw an adult roach behind the tub, but couldn't reach to kill it. The rest of the night, whenever one of us went to the bathroom, we were treated to another round of roaches. We brought it up to the Front Desk in the morning and showed photos. They called someone to take care of the roaches. When we asked if they were going to spray the room, they said no, but that they would take care of it. They did not offer to change our room or do anything else. When we came back to the hotel later that evening, after getting new keycards as our current ones no longer worked, we saw a dead adult roach on the floor next to the bathroom sink and a swarm of alive ones crawling on the floor and walls. After killing what we could every time we went to the bathroom, we were greeted with another horde. Checking out, they did not ask us how our stay was, we brought up the bug issue again. They were cold and just thanked us for telling them so they can tell maintenance."
