Small hotel in a good location. Walkable or scooterable to downtown and many cool neighbourhoods in SF. Old building with thin windows, so you can definitely hear traffic noise outside. Staff was friendly. No complaints. The price was good. I would probably stay here again of the price was right.

Everything was great it’s a place to stay in and sleep, great location. I did feel a worried after the last two nights my bed sheets had some stains red. I couldn’t say much because I left early and came back late. But very professional I’m sure they would have fix it if I where to say something because they made me feel like they could since day one.

Decent, bare bones, inexpensive hotel in a great central location of San Francisco. Old building, but well maintained. You can hear the noise of traffic outside, so if you're a light sleeper, bring earplugs. Staff was friendly and helpful. The room had a basic TV, fridge and microwave. I wish they had an iron in the room. Not a 5 star hotel, but you can't beat the price for the location. I would stay here again

This hotel has a very good location, near Haight St. where there's lots of shops and small restaurants, and within walking distance of Golden Gate Park (However, if you have a car, there is next to no parking.) But it is an old hotel and the rooms are small. And some rooms look out onto Fell St, which is noisy. So you have to deal with that. But the staff is very good and accommodating. Overall, the hotel gets the job done at a fair price. It's not a luxury hotel but you don't pay luxury hotel prices.

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay. From check in to check out, everyone was welcoming, professional, and always willing to assist with anything I needed. Ok so this is the barest of bare bones hotels. Like you get a bed and a barely working TV. The bathroom is really nice though. But yeah, don't expect much other than a place to sleep. We stayed out most of the day and evening, so it wasn't that much of a big deal. Pros: Staff was friendly, bathroom as very nice and clean especially the shower, it's VERY close to the bus stop, about half a block. So you shouldn't have any trouble getting around town. Cons: It's right on a busy street and the windows are very old so it was LOUD at night. I'm a heavy sleeper so I managed to fall asleep. Otherwise earplugs are a must. The room is TINY and cramped. It's not very accessible. There are no elevators or at least we weren't shown one. Overall you get what you pay for. It's pretty budget friendly and probably one step above a hostel. I probably won't book again, but I still think it's a fair enough option if you're wanting something cheap and bare bones.
