The room was very nice, comfortable, and large. My family and I were pleased to find two king beds in a SF motel, let alone free parking! We felt safe and comfortable. Taking an Uber to the Castro Theatre was very easy from there. Also there is an elevator, which was a relief because my daughter was on crutches. There are not many amenities, but we were still pleased with our stay and would stay there again.

The staff was very courteous and welcoming. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was spotless and had plenty of hot water. The parking was convenient, but luckily we got there on time because we got the last spot at 5 pm.

This place is a great value. Free parking but it is limited so get in early. The spots can be tight as well. The lot is VERY well lit. The room was clean and quiet. I was at the end of the 2nd floor sharing a wall that was on Grove on a Friday night to give some context to the quiet. The bed and pillows were pretty good too even when compared to higher priced places as I slept well (bed was not saggy, pillows were not flat).

This is a hidden gem in San Francisco. It doesn’t look like much from outside but it was stylish, comfortable, clean and quiet. Parking was great. Water pressure was great. Whole visit was great. Highly recommend.

It was nice place for the budget. Room felt decent and free parking is a great plus if you need it. Staff were friendly. There are few homeless people roaming around on the streets next to the property. However, it felt safe though. Complimentary Toiletries could be of better quality.

The room was clean and comfortable. A great location to walk for dinner options and sight seeing. Our shower rod was hung crooked so the shower curtain didn’t cover the entire opening but kept sliding to the middle of the rod, our microwave tried to catch a paper cup full of water on fire, but other than that, it was a very nice room. Parking was limited. We had 2 cars for 4 adults and we had to park one at a parking garage because there wasn’t space on the property for more than one car per room.

The staff here is exceptional. Very welcoming. We were able to check in early and leave our car all day and overnight with no problems. That’s a real bonus for us. We will be coming back and I’ve already told all our family and friends about this fabulous, comfortable, lovely place.
