"Was perfect. 5 minutes walk to the beach 2 outside areas, 1 was a sun trap and sheltered from the wind Great showers, nice white towels, lovely beds and sheets TVs in each room, great internet speeds (75mb) and if you take your appleTV or similar can plug straight into router in main living room. Kitchen had everything you will need Cannot complain about this place at all. Will book again"

"There was 7 ladies celebrating a 50th birthday, this accommodation was perfect, very clean, everything you could think of that you would need for a weekend or even if you were there longer, the accommodation was exactly like the pictures showed. Early morning start to the day for a sunrise in Whitby North Yorkshire late winter but a great start to a day. A cold early morning in this location is the best to wait for the sunrise at it will rise just below the Abbey Cliff in the distance. The famous abbey which is standing out on the other side of the river Esk. A number of seat in this area for a relaxing sit down but not many people about because of the cold. Best part of the day.

"Great location easy access really cosy property. Only one issue with tge listing is that it states it is a 3 bed with one bedroom being a double. One with two singles and one with a futon. There was only two bedrooms and the other bed was a bed settee in the front room which is not what we wanted and as there was five people one person had to sleep in the living room. Aside from that we had a lovely time in a central location"

From the moment I arrived, Zed and his team were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and helpful, making me feel right at home. The breakfast was excellent — the area was perfectly stocked with plenty of choice, and the cooked food was prepared beautifully and presented wonderfully on the plate. Everything felt thoughtful and high quality. It’s easy to see why this hotel has won awards. The service, food, and location all come together to create a genuinely five-star experience.
