"Cameron (owner) was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable of the local area, he also prepared a great breakfast. Our room was on the top floor, a comfortable and decent size room and large bathroom, it also had sea views across the harbour Our visit was for a birthday celebration, we were given a card and a bottle of Prosecco in our room which was a nice touch and much appreciated. We would definitely recommend it as a place to stay in Staithes, a good base for visiting the surrounding...

"Cottage was ok but after booking through hotels.com I was contacted by Host & Stay and advised I had to pay an additional fee for a damage waiver. Alternatively I could pay a deposit but they take an admin fee so you don’t get the full amount back plus they state they may take 14 days to refund."
