"It was our second time staying here, because it's location is very good if you're attending an event at the resorts world arena or using the train to go into Birmingham, both a short walk. We like having free use of the leisure facilities during our stay, pool, gym sauna steam room and jacuzzi. Our room was right next to the main road so we kept our window shut as my partner is a light sleeper and you could not hear it and we were ok but I think it would have been too hot for some. "Everything was top notch apart being charged an extra £30 for 2 nights so that I could have bedding on the sofa bed. Room says it's good for 4 people because it has a double bed and a sofa bed, so booked it for 2 people so we could use as a twin room. That was where reception asked for the extra pounds as they said I didn't state I wanted it as a twin room... although there was nowhere to state I wanted to use it as a twin room when I went through the booking stage"
