Walls are made out of paper, you can hear alot middle of the night, the room we had electrical problems so we got changed to another room which the TV didn't work, and a fire alarm went off because someone vaped in their room on another floor, so everyone had to evacuate... Honestly it was a horrible experience but... Other than that the location is perfect (very close to city centre)

Stayed here a few times before and it's very convenient for New Street, the city centre and with secure parking in the nearby Mailbox. It's basic but comfortable bed. The nearby Grand Central Kitchen is great for breakfast!

For the price, this hotel was excellent and well-located in downtown Birmingham. Easy walk to the train station too. The only thing I didn't like about the room was the bathroom and how it was basically part of the room even if there was a door (sort of). Otherwise it was clean and comfortable.
