"Although this is a hotel, its more of a restaurant with rooms now. So it was quite noisy and busy in the evenings, with live music on one evening. However the music/bar closes promptly at a reasonable hour so not a huge problem. The staff are lovely and the restaurant food was fabulous. So much so that we ate far too much...It sits on the cliff top and we were able to hear the waves crashing overnight to lull us too sleep, not our first stay and wont be the last. "

"Beautiful setting in a country house right in the village of Burley. Walk past green pastures,along the driveway and you are there. Sit on the front patio and watch the deer walk by, and eat right in front of you. Two comfortable lounges, and a Bar, really nice Dining Room. Full Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner menu's. Rooms were very comfortable and clean. Tea and Expresso, complimentary water and sparkling water."

"The staff were perfect; so lovely and friendly. The food and drinks were incredible. But...the building is tired. The decor needs a revamp and the fixtures and fittings are in need of modernising. Positives: the hotel has good parking, we’re very accommodating of my late arrival, is nicely presented, my room was well appointed, breakfast was very good quality and a nice selection and very nice to offer 4 time slots to choose for your convenience. Negatives: my room was facing the main road which was busy throughout the nice and disturbing despite ear plugs - needs triple glazing installed, room was hot but couldn’t open windows as would have made the road...
