"The hotel was great with excellent service from all of the staff. Rooms were clean and roomy. We ate the breakfast buffet which was ok, but it may be that some of the options were not necessarily what we would like to eat. Would rather have more pastry options to choose from as it seemed very limited. Food in bar was excellent. Would definitely stay again."

"We booked a room for 4 of us with breakfast for our daughter’s 13th birthday and we couldn’t have made a better choice. All staff members were so warm and friendly and nothing was too much. The room was very well appointed and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Breakfast was delicious and the hotel bar/dining area was both well-designed and comfortable. Great value for money, we were made to feel like friends and the stay really made our daughter’s birthday trip that bit more special. Great job team, we’ll definitely be back! Big thanks to Nick and Nat for their wicked senses of humour too!"

"Lovely hotel to base yourself for peppa pig world. The pool was a bonus on arrival while waiting for dinner time. Changing facilities could have been cleaner, especially the floor. Breakfast had good choice. Staff were friendly, polite and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. Black out curtains helped with toddlers sleeping."

"This was a lovely hotel with a great energy flow Feel comfortable and welcoming The only issue I had was paying £5 per person to use the health club This was detailed in the booking so I was surprised to find this out upon check in. I do not have an issue with this had I know beforehand. This adds another £20 to your booking price when there is 4 of you but we really enjoyed the stay here would totally recommend."

"Very, very nice room with very comfortable bed. Reception area, however, is small and congested with many check ins and check outs. Good breakfast. Very helpful staff. Can't beat the convenience as the hotel is close to everything and is ideal for a pre and post cruise stay. They even hold your bags for you if you arrive before check in timeand only ask a voluntary charity donation if you wish."

"Hotel full of character, undergoing renovation in places but improvements have been made since we were last there. Dinner service was very good and if the weather’s nice it has a lovely patio area out back for dinner and a drink. Shame the pool was closed though."
