"Room and spa facilities were excellent. Food in the restaurant was very good although the service left a lot to be desired. Bar staff didn’t know what brandy was when asked. All other staff competent and very helpful."

Nice menu with a variety of options all prepared and presented extremely well.
Nice room, but did have to ask for a change of sheets after 6 days. Would also have liked a grab bar in the shower. My wife and I are seniors and were nervous about slipping. However, have to say the shower was the easiest to use of any hotel we have stayed in.

"The room was fantastic, very spacious and a lot of thought had gone into the decor. The bar and food was also lovely and the staff could not have been friendlier. I've scored 5 for everything except eco-friendliness, as I have an EV, a charger in the car park would have been very useful. Hotels of this quality are normally also much more expensive!"
